We exclusively use high-quality automatic movements, primarily sourced from reputable Japanese manufacturers like Seiko (SII) and Miyota (Citizen), ensuring precision and reliability without the need for batteries.

Yes, we ship our timepieces worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, and all international orders are sent via tracked courier services to ensure safe arrival.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective plastics intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are Borealis watches water-resistant?
Absolutely. Most of our models are professional-grade diver watches with water resistance ratings ranging from 200m to 500m. We recommend ensuring the screw-down crown is fully tightened before any water activities.
How long is the warranty period?
Every Borealis watch comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
What materials are used in the construction of the watches?
We use premium materials including 316L stainless steel for cases, scratch-resistant sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coating, and high-grade Super-LumiNova for exceptional low-light visibility.
